About Me

Hello! My name is Lauren Pollock, and I’m 23 years old. I hold two level three diplomas, one in Art and Design and another in Animal Management. Currently, I’m pursuing a BSc (Hons) degree in Canine Therapy and Rehabilitation. In addition to my studies, I provide dog training and walking services, helping pet owners foster better relationships with their furry friends. My passion for animal care and well-being drives me to aim for a career in veterinary physiotherapy, where I hope to make a significant impact on the lives of animals and their owners through advanced therapeutic techniques and compassionate care.

I started this blog to share my knowledge and experience with pet owners. My goal is to provide new pet owners with essential information to help them care for their pets effectively and to offer current pet owners tips and advice on enhancing their pets’ lives. Through this blog, I hope to create a supportive community where pet owners can learn, share, and grow together in their journey of pet care.

To achieve this, I will cover a wide range of topics to support pet owners in every aspect of pet care. These topics will include nutrition, transport, health checking, grooming, seasonal care for winter and summer, types of therapy, types of restraints, and much more. My aim is to provide comprehensive and practical information that will help you ensure your pets lead happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives.

As I pursue my studies and advance in my career through CPD and experience, this blog will expand alongside my journey. I am more than happy to take suggestions through comments or messages, so feel free to share your ideas and questions. Together, we can create a valuable resource for pet owners everywhere.
